Return and exchange policy?

We want every fan to love and appreciate their gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt or order number. The full purchase amount will be refunded to the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a proof of purchase.
I received an item as a gift, can I exchange/return it?

In the case of a gift, the return and exchange policy still applies. We would need the order number to be able to do an exchange/apply a credit towards a different piece of merchandise in-store.
What if I received a damaged item?

I bought my item online, how can I return it by mail?

If an item was bought online and you want to return it, contact us at shop@avaltafc.com so we can create a return label to send to you.
