SHIPPING

 

Orders placed Monday-Thursday are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Any orders placed after noon on Friday are packed and shipped on the following Monday. We do not fulfill online orders on weekends, therefore, if an order is placed on a Friday after 12pm, there is a chance that an item/size could sell out during a special event or home game that lands on that following weekend. In the case an item sells out for an online order, placed over the weekend prior to the next business day, a refund will be issued. If there is a high volume of orders, due to special promotions, please allow 7-10 business days to fulfill orders, unless stated otherwise. 

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have not received your email please contact us at shop@avaltafc.com and we will inform you on its status. 

Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?

We cannot guarantee that your changes will be applied before your order is shipped, but if you email shop@avaltafc.com, we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may need with regards to sizing, color, or style, as well as shipping address changes and order cancellations.
